UPSTAGE IS CLOSED DURING THE WEEK BUT OUR DOWNSTAGE ROOM HAS SOMETHING DIFFERENT HAPPENING EVERY DAY:

MONDAYS: COMEDY ON LONG with some of South Africa's best comedians plus lots of local up and coming talent

TUESDAYS: CHOOZE DAZE featuring live band kareoke and cheap drinks (for dutch courage)

WEDNESDAYS: GRASSROOTS - Check out up and coming bands on the Cape Town scene for FREE and take part in our open mic sessions between 8:30pm and 10:30pm 

THURSDAYS: it's AFRICA U NITE - Africa's hottest musicians celebrating African music together.

Our Cafe and Cocktail Bar are open from 9am every day so come and enjoy a beverage and some great food while soaking up the atmosphere in "the best live music venue in Africa".
