MONDAYS: COMEDY ON LONG at 8pm with some of South Africa's best comedians plus lots of local up and coming talent

TUESDAYS: CHOOZE DAZE featuring the Zula House Band, The Zulaliens and special guests from 8om - FREE ENTRY

WEDNESDAYS: GRASSROOTS - Check out up and coming bands on the Cape Town scene for FREE and take part in our open mic sessions between 8:30pm and 10:30pm

THURSDAYS: it's AFRICA U NITE - Africa's hottest musicians celebrating African music together.
